Truck 15
Truck 15 is a 2016 Sutphen SL75 featuring a 1,500 gpm pump and 500 gallon tank. It features a 6 person cab, 75 foot aerial ladder, roll out equipment trays and can carry 1,000 feet of large diameter hose. Other features include vehicle extrication tools, LED compartment lighting, battery powered positive pressure exhaust fan and lighting, on-board hydraulic generator, numerous forcible entry tools, multiple pre-connected hose lines and a full compliment of medical equipment.
Engine 15
Engine 15 is a 2010 Sutphen pumper, featuring a 6 person cab, 1,500 gpm pump and 1,000 gallon tank. This pumper was purchased used from a department in Alabama, and upgraded to meet the needs of the community. E-15 is equipped with all Class A equipment, medical gear and an Automatic External Defibrillator. This truck replaced a 25 year old custom pumper.
Squad 15
Squad 15 is a 2002 Ford / American LaFrance quick response truck featuring a 150 gpm pump and 300 gallon tank, 4 person cab, 5kw generator and a wide variety of fire and medical response tools including an Automatic External Defibrillator. This truck is "first out" on most medical response calls, vehicle crashes, grass fires and similar non-structure calls. There is a 9,000 lb. winch that can be deployed from the front or rear, and is useful in many situations.
Rehab 15
Rehab 15 is a 2010 Ford Econoline 15 passenger van. Many hours of planning and preparation turned the unit into a fire ground support unit to assist in the health and safety of firefighters during emergencies. Firefighting is extremely exhausting, so Rehab 15 is equipped with specially designed equipment to cool firefighters, provide fluids for rehydration and monitor their vital signs. The van has a custom slide out cargo area to help members get to the equipment they need, and to maximize cargo capability.
